Biography
Andrew chose the HVAC field because it provides consistent, year-round work—something he didn’t have when he previously worked in landscaping, which only lasted eight months of the year. And after five years, he hasn’t looked back!
One skill Andrew has developed since joining the team is being a better listener and knowing how to de-escalate situations. This makes him a valuable member in the field who can understand and deliver for our customers’ needs.
He also values the positive, family-like atmosphere at the company, where friendships form naturally, and everyone learns from one another’s experiences.
After a busy day, Andrew likes to unwind by enjoying good food and watching a movie. You will typically find him watching or playing sports, hunting, fishing, or shooting at the range when he isn’t hard at work.
Andrew has been a complete pleasure! He did not miss anything. Very personable. I really enjoyed seeing his growth since I had him as a student. RCC has been a fantastic field for him to grow.
