Biography
Ben chose an HVAC career because he enjoys troubleshooting and hands-on work. He also loves the mental challenge it provides, which involves a lot of science, physics, and math. His advice to anyone starting in the field is to take time to learn outside of work—it pays off in the long run.
Ben has a strong skill set working with oil burners that he has fine-tuned in his six years in the industry. He values the company’s focus on caring for its staff and how management prioritizes employees over profit. For Ben, the best part of his job is learning new things and solving problems, which he finds both fun and rewarding.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys Bible study, secular scientific studies, and playing hockey, which he considers the superior sport.
