Brayden has always enjoyed hands-on work and planned to enter a trade. When he looked into HVAC, he thought it would be a great field to get into, and he hasn’t regretted his decision. His advice to newcomers? Be ready to learn and stay open to changes.

Since joining the RCC team, Brayden has developed adaptability, especially when it comes to taking on new projects and figuring out how to make them work. He appreciates the teamwork and positive attitude at the company, which creates a great environment.

His favorite part of the job is the variety—each week brings new projects, offering him the chance to learn something new. Outside of work, his hobbies include drumming, fishing, and spending time outdoors with friends.
