Cathy Redmond, affectionately known as Grandma around the office, is our dedicated Customer Service Representative. She ensures everyone is taken care of, assisting with any needs the office or customers may have, and is always ready to greet you at the front door.

Working alongside customers is one of the things Cathy loves most about her decade-long career with RCC. Her warm and caring nature makes her an invaluable team member. Cathy’s dedication to ensuring customers and colleagues are well cared for embodies our company’s family-oriented spirit.

Cathy enjoys long walks and bike rides—and, of course, being a grandma! She often visits her family and grandchildren, enjoying dinner or vacations with them. When she isn’t with family, she volunteers at her church, scrapbooks, or sews.
