With over 15 years of experience installing HVAC equipment, Chip has learned one key piece of advice for anyone new to the job: don’t let it get to you. If something’s not working right, step back and return with fresh eyes–you’ll often find the solution right before you.

Working at the company has taught him more about electrical work and HVAC installations, but what he appreciates most is the family-oriented atmosphere. The company feels like a close-knit community that values both the work and the people.

After work, Chip relaxes at home with his dog. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his grandson, and watching or playing sports.
