Dylan entered the HVAC field because it seemed interesting to him. After five years, he’s still enjoying it and believes there’s always more to learn.

One skill Dylan has developed and enhanced since joining the RCC is modifying line sets, which has become a valuable part of his work. He loves working with ductless heads, finding them both easy to install and fun to work with. He also appreciates that everyone at the company is good-hearted and supportive.

After a busy day, Dylan likes to unwind by spending time with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and working out.
