Jenn excels as our Installation Coordinator, meticulously managing every detail of new equipment installations. From scheduling to warranty registrations and assisting with electricity rebates, she ensures the process runs smoothly while also addressing any customer inquiries along the way. Jenn’s commitment to excellence ensures that each installation is completed efficiently, with customers receiving all the information and support they need to maximize their investment.

Her advice for anyone starting in her role? Be flexible! This field is constantly evolving, and there are always new opportunities to improve efficiency, which often brings change. One thing Jenn wishes more people knew about working at RCC is how much we truly value our customers—not just as clients but as people with lives and challenges outside of their HVAC needs.

The best part of Jenn’s job is when she can connect with customers on a deeper level, taking the time to listen and offer encouragement when they’re facing personal challenges. After a busy day, Jenn enjoys unwinding by walking, working out, or watching the Survivor or Alone TV series with her husband. In her free time, she loves staying active through walking, working out, Bible study, and playing pickleball.
