Biography
As the Lead Service Coordinator, Josh Hamilton works hand-in-hand with our field team and service manager to schedule and coordinate all our technicians’ schedules, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service for our clients.
Josh brings a warm, professional presence to our team. He is always ready to lend a hand and ensure our operations run smoothly. His dedication to personal growth and team success makes him an invaluable member of our company.
Josh says HVAC chose him—his career path intersected with the HVAC industry at the right time, and it couldn’t have been better timing. One of his favorite parts of working with RCC is our work to give back to the community.
In his downtime, Josh loves grilling, watching college football (Go Noles!), and reading history, particularly about nearby Gettysburg. After a long day at work, you can typically find him heading to the gym or unwinding in front of the TV.
