Biography
Josh entered the HVAC field after hearing great things about the HVAC program at Penn College, thinking he’d at least have useful skills for his home even if he didn’t pursue a career in the field. Now, with nearly a decade of experience, his advice to newcomers is to never give up—some days are tough, but the rewarding days make it all worthwhile.
One of the skills Josh has developed is becoming more of a team player, learning that he doesn’t have to tackle every challenge alone. The supportive nature of the company is something he values deeply.
For Josh, the most rewarding part of his job is solving problems and restoring a customer’s heating or cooling system. It’s satisfying both to fix the issue and to make someone’s day. When he’s not working, Josh enjoys fishing or doing anything that gets him outside with his family.
