Kaylee P.

Kaylee’s journey into HVAC began after a presentation in her high school construction class. There, she learned about opportunities in the field and decided to join the Co-Op program. Her advice for anyone starting out is to go with the flow—some days are crazy, while others are slow, so it’s important to stay busy and adapt.

Since joining the team, Kaylee has developed a keen eye for detail, especially when setting up projects and understanding the parts that go into each project. She loves the variety that her career with RCC offers, allowing her to be involved both in the shop and in the office while getting a glimpse of what it’s like out in the field.

Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and indulging her creative side through reading, playing guitar, writing, and working on home projects and crafts.
