As a Service Coordinator, Laura meticulously manages the details of each day to ensure all our customers are scheduled and serviced. One of her favorite parts of her day is meeting a customer’s needs and seeing how much of an impact our services and repairs can have on their day.

Laura’s dedication to detail and customer satisfaction makes her an integral part of our team. Her ability to connect with customers and ensure their needs are met exemplifies RCC’s family-oriented culture—taking care of everyone as if they were our own.

Laura is a big golfing fan and an avid player (a particularly great one at that). When she isn’t out golfing, she takes her dog Maggie for long walks or relaxes on the couch.
