Inspired by his father, known as "Mr. HVAC," Maddux decided to follow in his footsteps and pursue a career in the HVAC field. He avidly believes one should always be willing to work hard and not worry about knowing everything immediately—there is time to learn.

Since joining the company, Maddux has improved his communication skills and is learning from his supportive team. He appreciates how everyone is always willing to help and teach, making it easier for him to grow in his role.

Maddux enjoys relaxing at home to unwind after work. His hobbies include snowboarding, skateboarding, hunting, and fishing.
