Megan grew up helping her dad around the house and in the garage, so she decided to give HVAC a shot—and hasn’t looked back since. Six years in, her advice to anyone starting in the field is to be patient and willing to learn, as there’s always something new to pick up.

The sense of family at the company is something Megan values deeply. Since joining, she’s developed strong interpersonal skills, which have helped her excel in her role in installing new equipment. The best part of her job is seeing a project come together and being able to start it up at the end of the day–bringing comfort to the homes she works on.

After a busy day at work, Megan enjoys unwinding by spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of hobbies and activities.
