Coming from a trade family, Nadir naturally gravitated toward the HVAC industry. He advises anyone starting in the field to be patient—experience comes with time and effort. Since joining the company, Nadir has become highly efficient at installing mini-split systems, a skill he’s proud to have developed.

Nadir appreciates the quality of the installation team and the relationships he’s built with his coworkers. For him, the friendships he’s formed make the job truly rewarding.

After work, Nadir enjoys watching movies with his girlfriend or playing PlayStation 5 with friends. In his free time, he loves playing video games, walking his dogs, trying new foods, and going on vacations and trips.
