Owen was drawn to HVAC because of his love for working with his hands and was inspired by his uncle, who used to work in the field. For those just starting, Owen’s advice is to learn quickly on the job, as real-world experience is different from school.

Since joining the RCC team, Owen has developed stronger communication skills, particularly in talking with customers. He values the positive work environment, noting that his coworkers are not just skilled but great people. The best part of his job is working outside and enjoying the hands-on aspect of the work.

After a busy day, Owen likes to unwind by sitting outside or enjoying good food. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, fishing, and boating.
