Over the years, Patti has enjoyed getting to know our customers and building strong relationships with them, always focused on providing the highest level of service.

Since joining our team, Patti has honed her understanding of different HVAC systems, enhancing her ability to serve our customers. She passionately advises newcomers to the company to never shy away from asking questions—it’s the most effective way to learn and grow. Patti also wants everyone to understand that RCC is more than just a workplace; it’s a close-knit team of friends prioritizing their customers above all else.

After a busy day at work, Patti enjoys unwinding with a walk or a run with friends. In her free time, she loves being outside, whether caring for her dog, chickens, or cats—or simply enjoying the fresh air.
