Tera is a passionate, hands-on business owner dedicated to meeting the HVAC needs of the Lock Haven community. Providing this service to solve a need for her community is what drove her to create the company in the first place.

With 14 years of experience, she leads with a commitment to fostering growth and success for everyone on the team. Tera’s leadership is driven by her belief that “the bigger is built together,” emphasizing collaboration and mutual support. She firmly believes in setting high goals and expectations of oneself, advising those starting out in the industry not to put any limit on themselves.

For Tera, the best part of her role is seeing growth in others: "It’s why I’m here." Her ability to connect with people and her well-honed communication skills have been pivotal in creating a positive and supportive work environment.

When she’s not leading the charge at RCC, Tera enjoys running, snowboarding, and golfing—activities that help her unwind and stay active. Her dedication to her community, team, and craft makes her an invaluable part of the RCC family.
