Terms & Conditions
- Agreement must be paid in full.
- If a repair is recommended by an Redmond’s technician and the customer chooses not to do the recommended repair and a service call results; customer is responsible for the ensuing service call.
- This agreement may not exceed repairs in the amount $1000 per year.
- System must qualify for platinum program (either installed by Redmond’s or be on silver plan for at least one year.
